Role

Our main responsibility is to ensure that work being carried out coincides with schedules as well our client’s expectations/standards. Having a wide knowledge base of the construction industry and all technical aspects, the Clerk of Works can clearly illustrate in reports that specifications and quality standards are met. The Clerk of Works also serves as a liaison between the General Contractor, Client, Architect and Project Management firm to maintain professional relationships with the General Contractor and all sub-contractors.
